Yoga Class

I have thoroughly enjoyed my yoga class with Makayla. I have bragged on it so much that Josh was curious enough to come to class with us and try it out for himself.

Makayla is a natural at yoga. It's fun for me to see how focus she gets in class.

Downward Dog.

Time to light your candle. Children are amazingly flexible and more importantly they trust really easy, too. Two things that helps when you have your legs high in the air and your elbows are suppose to go where? It feels good to trust.....
