Family

It is always so much fun to go to Iowa and see my family. It does make me feel just a tad old when I go and see my nieces and nephews all grown up though. What brought me to Iowa this time is my niece Steph is going to serve our country and I couldn't be more proud of her. We were able to have a going away party for her. The night entailed yummy food, a karaoke machine, and lots of people that were all here for the same reason...to honor Steph. It was so much fun to laugh, cry, and reminisce when Steph was little. I'm happy over here in Indiana, but how I miss my family back in Iowa! Thanks for serving our country, Steph!
